All South Championships NPC

Athlete Information

Gene Schlossberg of the World Gym of St. Augustine and Pete Fancher wish to welcome you to the 2010 NPC All South Championships. This event is a national qualifier.

For your information to make the weekend go easier for you, the competitor.

Friday - November 5
Weigh-in / Check in:
The mandatory weigh-in / check-in for all athlettes will be held at the World Gym of St. Augustine, 1650 U. S. 1 South on Friday, November 5, from 5:30 - 8 pm. Bodybuilders in the open classes must weigh-in in their posing suits. Bikini competitors must wear their suit at check-in. NPC cards will be available at that time. Music will not be turned in at this time nor will competitor numbers be assigned.
Late entries will be accepted at the Friday weigh-in / check-in only and entries fees will be paid in cash only. Late entries will not be accepted the day of the show and there will be no weigh-in or check in the day of the show - no exceptions.

Saturday - November 6
Athletes Meeting:
The athletes meeting will begin at 8:30am. Athletes not attending this meeting will not be allowed to compete. Music will be taken up and competitor numbers assigned immediately following the athletes meeting. Prejuding will begin at 10am.

Evening Show:
The evening show will begin promptly at 7pm - not 7:10, 7:15 or 7:30 - 7pm. Athletes should report back to the auditorium no later than 6pm for the athletes meeting - roll will be taken at this meeting and athletes not attending will not be allowed to compete in the evening show and will lose their placings.

Tanning:
Tanning will be available through Hot Spot Tanning. Contact Alisa Hostettler for an appointment at 727-403-5180 or visit their web site at: www.HotSpotSarasota.com.

Host Hotel:
The host hotel is the Beacher’s Lodge, 6970 A-1-A South, St. Augustine, 800-527-8849. Just mention the show for reduced rates. The hotel is located right on the beach.

Directions:
Contest site - Pedro Menendez High School - From I-95 exit at SR 206 and go east, the school is one mile on the left side of 206.
Host Hotel: Beacher’s Lodge - From I-95 exit at SR 206 and travel east, past the school, cross US 1 and continue until SR 206 dead ends at A-1-A. Turn right, south, onto A-1-A and Beacher’s is just a couple of blocks on the left.
World Gym: From I-95 exit at SR 206 and proceed east to US 1, turn left, north onto US 1 and World Gym in located on the right side, east side of US 1, approximately 8 miles. From the host hotel proceed west on SR 206 to US 1 and turn right, north, onto US 1.
